FAQ: ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE ME GET RID OF ALL MY STUFF?
Our team will make recommendations on what to keep or not based on your space and needs during our decluttering process. But the decision to purge anything is always entirely yours. Decluttering is a large part of the organization process. It helps you to get rid of items that are duplicates, no longer fit your lifestyle or needs, or items that you just don’t use.
During the decluttering process, you can work on this on your own before your scheduled session(s). You can get hands-on help with our team; during the session, we can go at your pace to go through items one-by-one or provide you with categories. Finally, our team can do this on their own during a session with some guidelines provided by you in place, and provide you with “homework” at the end of the session. This homework is usually items that we recommend can be purged based on your guidelines, or items we noticed are past their prime, or you have duplicates of. The decision is ultimately yours if you want to purge these items or not.
If you do decide to let go of anything, we have several non-profits we work with to ensure the items are passed on in an impactful and lasting way. We like to think our services help more than just our clients, but our entire community.
