FAQ: WHAT IS A CONSULTATION?

A consultation is the first step to working with SimplyOrganized. But what exactly is a consultation?

During this initial meeting (either in person or virtual), you will meet with Irene or a lead organizer. They will review your space(s) and discuss your goals, timeline, and budget for the project. The ability to view the space allows us to really learn more about you and your family, you and your family’s habits, and what actually needs to be done to help us meet your goals.

The consult is complimentary with no requirement to move forward. If you express interest in continuing with our service, then our team will take some “before” pictures and measure some of your spaces in order to prepare for your first session. We are already imagining some solutions for your space and being able to bring product on the first session that fits the space is ideal.

Since our services are tailored to you and your unique situation, we want to get a good feel for you and your space, and what is working and not working for you so we can make personalized recommendations and create a plan. The consultation generally lasts approximately an hour, and you do not need to do anything to prepare.
